Software Frontend Engineer - Groupe Alexis Mariage (Freelance)
Developed a graphic charter, mockup, and catalog website for Groupe Alexis Mariage, the leading distributor of wedding dresses in France, using WordPress and WooCommerce. The goal was to create a visually appealing, functional catalog site that showcases their products and enhances order management.
About the project
Created the visual identity for the catalog site, ensuring consistent branding and design across all pages. Designed a full mockup of the site using Figma, establishing the structure and visual layout. Installed, configured, and optimized WooCommerce to handle the e-commerce functionalities of the website. Integrated the mockup into WordPress using Elementor and Crocoblock to provide a custom, easy-to-manage design. Implemented optimization and security plugins to ensure site performance and protect user data. Set up user roles to define permissions and access levels for different site functionalities. Developed a client area, allowing users to manage their information and track their orders.
